A country style villa, a rich architectural design with textures and materials unique to the style running through the villa inside and out makes this project special. Terracotta tilled roof with full wooden beams of douglas fir in a warm white wash finish enhancing the interior space. A large country style custom made kitchen overlooking an intimate breakfast area with a large cobalt blue tiled swimming pool to the back. The living area is very elegant and modern articulated with lighting and carpentry to balance out the space. Special ironwork was desined to work with the natural stone and bricks of the house keeping the design timeless in essence.
